Achara is a Thai restaurant in the heart of Dublin, inspired by the flavours of Thailand. Our cooking centres around a charcoal grill — a nod to the open-fire kitchens found throughout Thailand

The menu will change regularly as different produce will come in and out of season. We work with a lot of small farmers, butchers and fishmongers.

Our custom made charcoal burning grill was designed and crafted by Pat and Jim of Smokin’ soul in Co. Wexford specifically to emulate the grilling style we witnessed from our travels throughout thailand.
